The MSP (Managed Service Providers) model is a form of business cooperation involving the remote provision of IT services, including, among other things, ensuring the security of the customer's data and backup solution. Payment for MSP services is usually settled in the form of a monthly subscription, thanks to which the threshold for entry into cooperation in such a model on the part of the client is very low, and on the other hand, it allows the provider to generate regularly growing and easy to forecast revenue with it’s own pricing model.
Client management is possible from the MSP backup panel in the ‘customers’ tab on the left side of the MSP backup console. After navigating to the corresponding window, access to all connected customer services will appear. Using the ‘hyperlink’ symbol, it is possible to switch directly to the console managing the service of a given customer.
Yes, Xopero ONE is a multi-storage system for Managed Service Providers. The customer can use dedicated Xopero Cloud Storage available in the subscription model just as the licenses, or assign their own data storage. We support:
In Xopero ONE MSP Backup when purchasing a license regardless of the service selected, there is no imposed limit. When setting up a cloud backup service, the minimum number of licenses is: min. 5 Endpoint Agents, or 5 Microsoft365 Users, or 5 Git Protect, or 1 Server Agent, or 1 Virtual Agent (two sockets). The minimum unit of cloud storage is 100 GB - we allocate multiples of this for the customer.
